Barcelona eyeing squad revamp with up to six players facing uncertain future – report
Barcelona are planning a major squad reshuffle this summer, with as many as six players likely to leave the club.
According to a report from Fichajes, the board is looking to ease the wage bill and create room for new signings. The names expected to head out are Ansu Fati, Ronald Araujo, Pau Victor, Andreas Christensen, Eric Garcia, and Pablo Torre.
The main goal is to strengthen the team without being limited by financial restrictions. Of the six players, Araujo and Eric Garcia will only be sold if strong offers come from top clubs in Europe.
These are not players the club wants to lose, but tough choices are needed due to financial pressures.
Club president Joan Laporta is happy with the season, especially with the domestic treble and reaching the Champions League semi-finals.
Yamal’s renewal and other decisions await Flick and Deco
