‘Something’s gone wrong’ – Harry Kane concern emerges after England win as role questioned

Harry Kane’s recent positional play for England does not sit well with one talkSPORT pundit.

The Three Lions skipper earned his 111th cap in Thursday’s 2-0 win over Serbia at Wembley but failed to add to his record goal-haul of 76.

However, Kane was able to show off his array of attributes as club side Bayern Munich can attest to.

Beyond his 23 goals in 17 games for the Bundesliga champions this season, Kane has willingly displayed a hybrid role, often dropping deep to play as a No.10 and at times starting attacks from the defensive line.

While Kane’s ubiquitous nature has been a recent point of discussion, it acts as nothing new to Tottenham fans who often purred over the star’s insatiable work ethic.

But with global eyes now fixed on the 32-year-old more than ever, Kane’s skillset is now a topical debate, however it appears that not everyone is sold on it.
