Tottenham Hotspur are in regular dialogue with Fulham defender Tosin Adarabioyo’s representatives as the Lilywhites lay the groundwork for a possible transfer in the upcoming summer transfer window, per Football Insider.

There is a need for a new central defender going into the off-season at White Hart Lane. Daniel Levy and the officials at N17 have to ensure giving Ange Postecoglou some squad depth going into the upcoming campaign as the Australian gaffer looks to build on his progress in North London.

The former Melbourne Victory boss had to play full-backs in the heart of the defence as fillers at some point this season, and he would want to have formidable depth in the central defensive position going into the next season.

Tottenham brought in Radu Dragusin from Genoa in January in a £26.7 million (€31 million) deal with the Italian club after the Romanian international chose to join the North Londoners over Bayern Munich. However, Spurs are irrespectively expected to push through on a new defensive acquisition this summer.
