Romano: Ball passes to Milan after successful talks with Eintracht Frankfurt star
AC Milan could have their first signing of the summer wrapped up in Daichi Kamada but they must make a final decision, a report claims.
According to what is being reported by Fabrizio Romano, Milan will make a decision soon on Kamada who would be a free agent signing given that he will not renew his deal with Eintracht Frankfurt which expires next month.
Romano confirms that ‘talks took place with his representatives’ over a potential switch to Italy, with the Japan international ‘keen on the move’ but with the Rossoneri management having the final say.
Kamada has been approached by fellow Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund as well, but nothing has been agreed or signed yet with any club.
The 26-year-old has 15 goals and 6 assists in 44 games across the Bundesliga, Champions League, European Super Cup and German Cup this season, and could well be a replacement for Brahim Diaz if he is not signed permanently.
