Rodrygo: “I want to achieve more and more with the Real Madrid shirt”

Rodrygo spoke after completing his 250th Real Madrid match.

Real Madrid forward Rodrygo spoke to the club’s official website after completing his 250th football match for Real Madrid on Saturday against Osasuna. He also took a photo holding the 250-match shirt to celebrate the feat.

He talked about how much it means to him to achieve this milestone. He said: “It means a lot to me. It is a dream that I fulfil every day playing here and I am very excited about this mark. I want to achieve many more. It is a very special mark and I want to achieve more and more things with this shirt.”

He also spoke about how many titles he has won already, and what he expected before he arrived at the club. He said: “I came here with the aim of winning everything and achieving all the titles, but I never imagined that I would win them so quickly. I never imagined that I would have two Champions Leagues already, I am very happy.”

Rodrygo also talked about the season so far, but admitted he wants to do more. He said: “I am happy with my goals this season. The truth is that I want to score many more. I see myself getting better and better and I am in a great moment. The team is also very good, growing every day and improving. Now important things and difficult matches are coming, but we are well, focused, and we are going for it.”
