The Italian head coach said more than once that there will be no new signings, with Nacho and Antonio Rudiger doing a sterling job in central defense and midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni another option to provide cover when one of the two men is injured, suspended or in need of a rest.
Furthermore, Brazil international Eder Militao is expected to be on his way back to match fitness much quicker than expected, and is essentially a new signing for Ancelotti and his squad.
With all this being said, though, Madrid is still making moves in the transfer market.
