Juventus’ Prolific Scorer Opens Up About Interest from Chelsea, PSG Last Summer

Last summer, Paris Saint-Germain was keen on improving their No. 9 situation, and they were linked to various players, one of them being Juventus standout Dušan Vlahović.

Although no transfer transpired for the 24-year-old, with the Parisians opting for Gonçalo Ramos and Randal Kolo Muani, he was aware of the rumors linking him to the French capital.

Moreover, Vlahović also knows about the whispers connecting him to a move to Chelsea. The Serbian superstar recently spoke with L’Equipe regarding the gossip that transpired a few months ago.

“I heard but I didn’t know anything and I wasn’t that interested in it,” Vlahović told the French media outlet. “I thought about preparing well. I am very comfortable here. I want to win something important with Juve. Then we’ll see.”

Ramos, despite his limited playing time, is showing flashes of being a quality striker for the Parisians. With Kylian Mbappé reportedly leaving PSG this summer to join Real Madrid, the capital club will lean on Ramos to replace the goals that the Frenchman will leave behind.

However, Kolo Muani has struggled in his first year with his hometown club. It will be interesting to see if the Frenchman can turn around his situation heading into Year 2.
