FIGC investigate confrontation between Milan supporters and squad after loss to Spezia

The confrontation between the Milan supporters in the stands at San Siro and Stefano Pioli and his players after the 2-0 loss to Spezia on Sunday afternoon is being examined by the prosecutor of the FIGC according to ANSA reports.
The Italian federation has a rule in its sports justice code that prohibits the more extreme end of supporter groups from making threats to the players on the pitch.
Pioli and his players had a lengthy discussion with the tifosi behind the goal after the final whistle against Spezia, before heading towards the tunnel to applause from the stands.
