Chelsea interest, raft of exits, striker links, spine focus – Leicester City transfer stock take
Leicester City transfer state of play with the summer window now open for a short period and with work to be done even amid the manager uncertainty at the King Power Stadium
While Leicester City are not in a position yet to exploit the early opening of the summer transfer window, there is work they can do even while their manager situation remains unresolved.
The transfer window is now open, and will remain so until next Tuesday, June 10. Then there will be a short break until it opens again on Monday, June 16 and runs through to the start of September.
It is not expected that City will make any signings soon. With doubts around Ruud van Nistelrooy’s future, it would not make sense to bring players in without knowing the manager they will be playing for.
