Chelsea drop major Alejandro Garnacho debut hint ahead of Brentford as Cole Palmer clue emerges
Alejandro Garnacho and Cole Palmer could both come into Chelsea’s squad to play Brentford after missing their 2-0 win over Fulham before the international break
Chelsea have claimed that Alejandro Garnacho and Cole Palmer are “ready” for Saturday’s Premier League clash with Brentford after both took part in training on Friday.
Garnacho could make his debut against the west London club after not signing from Manchester United in time to feature against Fulham before the international break. Palmer also did not play in that match at Stamford Bridge after sustaining a groin injury while warming up before their previous game versus West Ham United.
As a result, England head coach Thomas Tuchel did not call up the player for their World Cup qualifiers against Andorra and Serbia. Palmer has, however, returned to training this week.
