Bayern Munich’s Thomas Tuchel on French Referee Clément Turpin: “i’d Give Him a 1/10.”

French referee Clément Turpin has drawn criticism over his officiating of the Champions League quarter-final return leg between Bayern Munich and Manchester City on Wednesday night. The Premier League side drew 1-1 at the Allianz Arena to book their place in the semi-finals, thanks to their 3-0 win in the first leg. Tuchel, who already knows Turpin since his Ligue 1 days as PSG boss between 2018 and 2020, gave a seething assessment of the French official’s performance at the Allianz Arena. “I would give him a 1/10 rating.
