Boubacar Kamara has “silenced” all critics since his move to Aston Villa, details French outlet Foot Mercato.
The 23-year-old joined Villa on a free transfer in the summer, following the expiration of his contract with Olympique Marseille. Villa managed to beat off competition from Atletico Madrid to land the midfielder.
French journalist Salim Baungally believes there were doubts following Kamara’s arrival after Morgan Sanson had “remained in the minds of some as a failure”. Writing in his Foot Mercato column, he says there were questions over Kamara’s potential, but “he silenced those questions pretty quickly”.
