Antony and his mission to prove Manchester United wrong: ‘He is happy and that has made all the difference on the field’

After most training sessions and games with Real Betis, Antony will find somewhere quiet and start scribbling his reflections and observations into a journal that he first began compiling as something of a self-help guide at Manchester United.
