Ipswich Town: Edwin Agbaje set to leave this summer

Ipswich Town youngster Edwin Agbaje set to depart Portman Road, with his contract expiring this summer.
The athletic 21-year-old right-back joined Town from Irish side Shamrock Rovers in 2020 and played a key role in the Blues’ run to the FA Youth Cup semi-final in 2020/21.
Agbaje made two senior appearances for the Blues in 2022/23, both in cup competitions, making his debut against Cambridge in the Papa Johns Trophy and playing his second game at Bracknell Town in the FA Cup.
He experienced his first loan spell away from the Blues at Yeovil Town in the National League, where he featured 10 times for the Glovers but an ankle injury which required surgery prematurely curtailed his campaign.
