The Arsenal midfielder’s contract expires next summer
FC Barcelona has been linked with Arsenal FC midfielder Thomas Partey. At the moment, it’s being reported that the Catalans are interested in his services, although they have not yet decided to make a move to try to sign him on a free transfer once his contract ends next summer.
The 31-year-old Ghanian international already knows La Liga, having moved to Spain at a young age and eventually becoming a star for Atlético de Madrid.
He’s been in London since 2020, and it’s understood that Mikel Arteta is keen on retaining his services.
Barcelona are said to be losing faith in Frenkie de Jong, and will be looking for a midfielder to replace him in 2025.
