Man Utd have five options to replace Erik ten Hag if boss sacked mid-season
The pressure is already piling on Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag after just three games of the new Premier League campaign. The Dutchman has endured a stuttering start to his third season in charge, with United falling to two defeats from their opening three matches.
The Red Devils beat Fulham in their first game before suffering back-to-back losses at the hands of Brighton and Liverpool. Their poor results have heaped the pressure on Ten Hag’s shoulders despite the 54-year-old signing a contract extension over the summer.
It has been speculated that INEOS could lose patience with Ten Hag if he fails to get United firing on all cylinders after the international break. Sacking him would leave United needing to find a replacement, with a number of bosses having already been linked.
