Karl Darlow explains Hull City gameplan without luxury of recognised strikers

April 15, 2023

The Tigers continue to be blighted with injury problems as the season draws to a close

Hull City will once again play without a recognised striker for the fourth Championship game in a row this weekend when the Tigers face Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park, and Karl Darlow admits learning to play without a frontman is a work in progress.

City will be without leading scorer Oscar Estupinan, Benjamin Tetteh and Aaron Connolly, plus key attacking weapon Cyrus Christie for the fourth successive game when they look to tackle promotion-chasing Rovers in front of the television cameras.
