Manager Frank Lampard “prepared to dig in” as Everton hit Premier League

Following their 2-0 defeat to West Ham on Saturday, Everton have fallen to the very bottom of the Premier League table.

Nothing is lost yet, of course, with seven teams squeezed within a three-point gap at this point, and manager Frank Lampard says he’s ready to work hard to get his team back on track.
